Delaware County Estate Planning attorney Edward L. Perkins has been practicing as an estate attorney for over forty-five years. He is the author of four books Drafting Wills that Work in Pennsylvania, Special Needs Trusts in Pennsylvania, The ABCs of Will Contests and the Pennsylvania Trusts Handbook, as well as numerous CLE and CPE programs.

Mr. Perkins is a principal shareholder in the firm and also a former member of the faculty of the Graduate Tax Program of the Villanova Law School. In that program, he developed and taught “Drafting Fundamentals of Estate Planning Documents” – a course that was required for all those seeking the Program’s Certificate in Estate Planning.

He is a frequent speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the continuing education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and other professional organizations. Mr. Perkins is also the founder and president of YourOnlineProfessor.net, a Web-based provider of CPE credit for CPAs, and CLE for attorneys.
